Go Team Druids Glen

Go Team Druids Glen is a fun and interactive outdoor team building activity in which delegates compete against each other to complete the most checkpoint challenges.

Teams are each given their own iPad and set off exploring the grounds of Druids Glen Resort in County Wicklow. The GPS arrow on each tablet helps participants navigate their way to checkpoints scattered all around the grounds. At each checkpoint a challenge will pop up on the screen of the iPad, these are a combination of photo, video and quiz based tasks. The more checkpoints visited and challenges completed, the more points scored! The main aim is to score more points than competing teams.

There's also a competitive twist! Teams can look at the iPad map to see exactly where competing teams are located at any minute in the game. The Go Team app also has a messenger feature which allows teams to contact the game controller if they have any issues along the way.

Learning Outcomes

Go Team Druids Glen promotes teamwork, creative thinking, strategic planning and excellent time management as teams work to complete as many checkpoint challenges as possible.
